Create a Community Board
Are you interested in outreach to the community? In an effort to build true authentic learning opportunities for students, we are creating and posting community boards. A community board is a place where local businesses, organizations, and community members can post a real problem for students to adopt and solve. For example, a small business may request students develop code for a mobile application, or a veteran's home may request lawn furniture be designed for their members. Students can complete these projects as a component of their classwork or as internships. This is great solution for public schools interested in enhancing project based learning opportunities and entrepreneurial experiences for students.
